If you change your mind, you may return your shawl within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. To start a return, email shawlsbyviknet@gmail.com with your order details and we will reply with return instructions.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a tracked service. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your return, to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Want a different color instead? Email shawlsbyviknet@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Since every piece is made to order, an exchange works as a return of your original piece (in original condition, you cover return shipping) plus a new order for the color you want. We will confirm the current turnaround before you send anything back.
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us right away at shawlsbyviknet@gmail.com and we will make it right, including covering return shipping.
Each piece is made to order for you, so cancellations are not accepted once work has begun. If there is an issue with your order, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
